		<description>One of the best living business and marketing/sales leaders is Brian Tracy.  He always alludes to the way entrepreneurs calculate their productivity.  He always mentions that they need to calculate how much one should get paid by the hour.  For example: $50/hr x 50hrs/wk x 50wks/yr (allowing for two weeks of vacation) = $125,000/yr.  So what if you want to double your income?  You then need to charge $100/hr, assuming all other variables are the same.
